Our Story &
OUR STORY
Established in 2007, Peak Stone Company is a family-operated custom countertop company in Indianapolis and Greenwood, servicing homeowners, builders, designers, and commercial contractors throughout Indiana and beyond. The team at Peak Stone Company is dedicated to providing a shopping experience that is both personal and professional. Drawing on 21 years of experience in the flooring and stone industry, owners Josh and Tiffany Woods strive to create a local customer experience that differs from the traditional construction process.
Josh Woods, Owner
Josh’s experience in the stone industry began the day after he graduated high school. He learned the trade working from the ground up and gained valuable knowledge along the way. Now, as the owner of a company, he is passionate about dispelling the theory that a service provider is not trustworthy. He has worked with many homeowners who fear their provider will leave them high and dry. Josh takes great pride on educating both the customer, and employees, on best practices as well as perfecting customer satisfaction. Integrity is a driving force behind all that is done in both his company and personal life. With 21 years of experience in the field, he takes great pride in knowing PSC respects the customer’s opinion and works hard to ensure every job meets their expectation. When he is not working Josh enjoys being outdoors and can usually be found on the golf course.

Tiffany Woods, Marketing
If you’ve ever seen PSC appear on social media or caught an advertisement in a magazine, then chances are Tiffany was the creator of that content. While she has a passion for marketing, her background is actually in education. Tiffany graduated from Indiana University in 2004 and spent 12 years as an elementary teacher in Greenwood teaching 5th grade. After the birth of her second son, she resigned her teaching post to stay home and take care of her two young boys. She officially joined the PSC team in December of 2018 and continues to work on publications and marketing material to educate and improve our customer experience. She loves being a part of PSC because she cares deeply about the people who work here and enjoys the challenge of exploring a new career path. Community involvement and volunteering are her two passions. Outside of work, Tiffany serves on the board of the Greenwood Education Foundation, helps organize Neighbors of West Old Town Greenwood group, and is a member of the Habitat for Humanity Women’s Build. During her free time, she loves taking her boys on adventures to the zoo or museum, riding bikes around Old Town Greenwood, and exploring new restaurants around town with her husband, Josh.

Gigi Ward, Stone Consultant
Gigi comes from a multi-branched creative background that includes corporate retail kitchen & bath design, clothing, film, art and graphic design. She has a knack for being able to see how all the individual parts play into a bigger picture. Customers appreciate her ability to tune in to their aesthetic style to find the stone that best suits their home and lifestyle. Customers often invest a lot of time searching online for kitchen inspiration and know what they want before walking in the door. Then they walk into the showroom, and suddenly feel overwhelmed by the wide selection of colors and patterns and find themselves unable to decide which direction to go. As a Stone Consultant, Gigi helps walk customers through choice paralysis to make the countertop buying process simple, low-stress, and budget friendly. She loves being a part of a large family here at Peak Stone and the fact that she can rely on her coworkers. She appreciates that PSC treats every customer the same, no matter their budget. Most importantly, with her big box/retail experience she appreciates that homeowners who work with PSC have a simple, streamlined process and don’t have to call six different departments and be on hold for thirty minutes to find out what natural cleaners is best for their countertop; that’s important. Gigi is originally from a little town in Harlan County, Kentucky. In 2017 she moved to Indy and joined the Peak Stone team. Gigi lives with her partner and two cats. When she is not working or spending time with family, you can find her creating something while passively listening to TED talks or binge-watching popular television series or documentaries.
